I was born in Montevideo, Uruguay. My father, an architect exposed me at an early age to the world of design and architecture. My mother, a school teacher and artist filled in the gaps in my education motivating me with creative art projects of all kinds.
I moved to Miami in 2002. Immediately I immersed myself in the city’s passionate cultural life: its art, fashion, architecture, and design. Along the way I had the opportunity to work side by side with and learn from experienced photographers while traveling the world styling shots for magazines such as Architectural Digest, Interior Design, Elle Décor, and Inside Out.
All other aspects of my life as an artist support the continued progression and elevation of my work with the camera. I delight in taking something exquisite and finding an undiscovered angle that reveals new beauty. Even more exciting to me is taking something which is mundane to the ordinary eye and teasing out the art that was there just waiting to be captured.
After living and working on the East Coast for fifteen years now based in San Antonio, Texas I continue evolving every day as a photographer and drawing on the dynamic city’s new canvas for inspiration the possibilities are endless...
